Quantified schedule.

A quantified schedule combines the itemised work list of a schedule with measured quantities and estimated costs. It shows what needs to be done, how much of it, how long it will take, and what it should cost.

What a quantified schedule contains

Each work item has: description, quantity, unit, estimated cost per unit, total cost, planned start and finish dates, and responsible trade or subcontractor. The schedule can be sorted by work section or by programme phase, making it useful for both estimating and site management.

Common mistakes
